VERIFIED

Publisher claims: "Capstone/FYP topic advisor: three-tier ranked candidates with difficulty, timeline, BOM and risk; cliche blacklist with increment fixes; recommend/check/compare/budget modes. Coaching only. Use when a student asks for capstone topics, feasibility checks, or budget estimates." Observed in sandbox: no network, touches nothing outside the project, writes no memory.
