CAUTION

Publisher claims: "Estimate Huawei Cloud prices before ordering and provision allowlisted resources through hcloud. Use for cloud quotes, budgets, and controlled creation. Creates require help, dry-run, fee review, and confirmation; unsubscribe requests receive console guidance only." Observed in sandbox: no network, touches nothing outside the project, writes no memory.
